What we collect
When you request a portability report, we collect the email address you enter, your chosen destination and base size, and click metadata (the search keyword and Google click ID that brought you here). Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. on our behalf. The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers.
Your Airtable data
To produce a report or run a migration you create a read-only Airtable token scoped to one base and can revoke it at any time. We read the base to generate your report and to run the migration you paid for, and we delete our working copy after delivery. We never write to your base and never share its contents with anyone.
What we use it for
Your email is used to send the report you asked for and to answer your questions. We do not send marketing sequences, and we do not sell or share your data.
Deletion and contact
Email hello@baseexit.com and we will delete your request data and any working copies of your base. BaseExit is run by Dzmitry Shaidorau, an independent developer.
